Reserving Your Times (off peak)
If you're scheduling your clients during our 'off peak' times (Mon - Fri 9AM to 4PM)
- Email info@raincityathletics.ca at 72 hours prior to your session (48 hours minimum)
- Make sure to include in the email:
- Your Name
- Session date
- Session time
- Number of clients
- Any special requests (ie specific equipment you may need access to)
- If this is a re-occurring session time just let us know and we can pre-book the next 4 weeks for you!
- Make sure to include in the email:
- Your request will be added to the schedule within 24 hours
- You will automatically receive a confirmation email from Zenplanner
Cancelling Your Reservations
Our motto for external trainers cancellation is; if you bill them, we bill you.
- For cancellations more then 24 hours prior to session:
- We will credit your account OR refund the booking fee (upon request)
- For cancellations under 24 hours
- In cases of emergency (or COVID related late cancellations) we will credit the external trainers account for the booking fee. There will be no refunds on late cancellations
- If the external trainer accepts their clients emergency cancellation & is not charging them a fee, then neither will we
- If an external trainer regularly accepts client late cancellations with no fees, Raincity holds the right to not refund late cancellations
Viewing Your Reservations
- You will recieve a confirmation email from our system, but you can view all your upcoming reservations via the Zenplanner Members App
- If you do not see an expected upcoming reservation in the app - please contact info@raincityathletics.ca immediately
