This means to do these movements in a ‘superset’ - for example:

A1) Back Squat

3x 8-10 @ 135lb rest :60

A2) Bench Press

3x 10-12 @ 95lb rest :60

Means (after warm-up sets) do 10 back squats, then rest :60 seconds, then do 12 bench press, then rest :60 & repeat for 3 working sets (what’s a “working set?”) other variations...

# Alternating EMOM or Every :90s etc.

Alternating EMOM or alternating every :90s etc

A1) Movement 1

A2) Movement 2

Means in the first :90 complete A1 and rest the remainder, in the second :90 complete A2 and rest the remainder.

# Every 2 Minutes A1) A2)

Means complete both A1 & A2 every 2 minutes inside the same 2 minute window
